Terms

Payment due at time of shipment.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, checks drawn on U.S. banks and cash in U.S. dollars. Purchase orders from institutions are also accepted.  Any book may be returned for any reason within 15 days of receipt.  For customers outside of the U.S., please note that prices do not include import taxes or currency conversion fees.

Shipping Terms

U.S. customers - USPS Media mail shipping for the first book will be $3.50
plus $1.00 for each additional book. Priority mail, UPS and FedEx available
upon request and billed at cost.

Customers outside the U.S. - Books shipped via air mail and billed at $13.50 for the first book. We will notify you by email if additional costs, due to oversize or heavy material, are necessary prior to processing your order.

Shipping quotes available on request. Import taxes and currency conversion
fees not included.
